Braces Time!

On this wonderful (not!) Thursday (3/3/11), I left for Melacca in the morning. Why, you will ask, it's simply because I need to have my braces put on!!

In the morning when I was still sleeping like a log, my mother knocked on the door claiming that it was quite late and I need to get up. I had to admit, I totally forgotten about this appointment, it must be due to an incident that happened not to long ago which I refused to share it (after all, it's my own privacy! =D)

We (mum and I) started our journey at 9am, reached at 10.45am. As the appointment was at 11.30am, we were in a desperate mood as we need to find parking ticket, FAST!! So after all the rushing, we walked to Mahkota Medical Centre to register me.

While waiting for my turn, I was having a nervous breakdown.
Okay, I know I looked like crap, but whatever. So freaking nervous back then!

But the procedure wasn't as painful as I imagined, in fact, painless! The dentist started off by scaling my teeth, as I was afraid of what I will be seeing, I closed my eyes. Then, the dentist was doing something to my teeth, which I found out later that she was gluing (??) those metal thingy which I forgot what is the name onto my teeth. When I finally opened my eyes, guess what I saw? Wire!! I freaked out instantly! But as I said, painless!

After everything is done, mum and I walked over to Mahkota Parade for lunch. We passed by Parkson, and something interesting happened there =D

I was having some 'unresolved problems' with my new shoes, so much that my little toes hurt. I was practically limping all the way when I saw it. A F. Timber bag with a price tag on it. Imagine my shock when I read 4957. I was so stunned that I stood there, rooted to the ground. After checking the tag only do I found out that it wrote ATP (or something like that) 4957== My mum, on the other hand, who was walking in front did a mini u-turn to find out what was going on.

She touched the bag and said the material was quite good. So after searching high and low (on the racks), we managed to find one that is big enough for college use, I am going to use it now anyway xD
Ta-daa!!!! Nice and big =D
When I was having lunch at the food court, I heard a crack sound upon my first spoonful of food. After undergoing further investigation, a metal piece went lose, SO!! I need to go back to the clinic and get it glued back. This time, it was VERY FREAKING painful, I know I am exaggerating, but still, it was painful and I wasn't expecting any of that!

So here is a picture of me with braces~~Haha, shy la~~ suddenly see me with braces, I think it will be very hard to get used to it =S

Anyway~I am going to live on porridge and oats now =S

Wish me luck!! <3
